Hello! I am Michael Williams, a Certified Master Trainer with over 11 years of experience. I have a passion for training everyone from top athletes to those just beginning their fitness journeys. I emphasize strength training modalities that can be transferred from the gym to daily life. I care deeply about my clients, and there’s nothing of more value to me than helping somebody go through an experience that makes them happy, confident, and strong. I want to be there for you and help you discover the benefits and joys of training that helped me become the person I am today. I’m here to be your personal guide on every step of the journey.

  • Private Personal Training : MW Fitness 2012 - Present

    My personal training program is designed to motivate clients by reaching goals and providing feedback and accountability to clients. Each client will receive a fitness assessment prior to training to give us a better understanding of current level of fitness and provide a safe and effective exercise and fitness program design. All workouts are fun and challenging leaving you feeling accomplished after every session.

    Creating a supportive group community for all fitness levels to help them reach their goals. Providing a safe, encouraging setting for each individual client.

  • Boxing Fitness : MW Fitness 2018 - Present

    Teaching the fundamentals of boxing in combination with strength and conditioning.

  • Online Coaching : MW Fitness 2012 - Present

    Building custom nutrition and training programs for a variety of clients. Tailoring workout programs based on client's individual goals and equipment availability. Providing accountability through weekly check-ins and support.
