You can EARN IT by completing our 0:30 L-Sit Challenge. To complete in our 0:30 L-Sit Challenge you will need to submit video proof*. 

If you can L-Sit (arms straight up and feet straight out in front of you like you're sitting in the air) for 30 seconds or longer, this patch is yours! IMPORTANT - Use the paralletts to have more distance above the ground to accomplish this challenge!

Attach this patch to your Pull-Patch Gym Hat or Bag to showcase your achievements. Each patch represents a unique accomplishment, so keep pushing yourself and collect them all!
